Unlimited Email Addresses
Receive email sent to any address at your domain name. Mail to any address can be sent either to a POP3 mailbox via our hosting packages or forwarded to an existing email address elsewhere.

Unlimited POP3 Mailboxes
With our top hosting plans we provide Unlimited Email Addresses. A POP3 mailbox is essentially a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such at Microsoft Outlook Express. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation.

Unlimited Auto Responders
Our top hosting packages provide you with Unlimited Auto Responders. Auto Responders reply to incoming email instantly and automatically. You can set and change the text of the reply and the trigger address whenever you like. Auto Responders are ideal for customer service or informing people when you are away.

Unlimited Mailing Lists
A Mailing List enables a single email message to be delivered to multiple recipients in your organisation. Mailing Lists are ideal for distributing staff bulletins and memos quickly and efficiently.

Unlimited Web Forwarding
If you already have web space elsewhere you can have all web requests for your domain forwarded to this space. When someone types www.yourdomainname.com in their web browser they will be automatically forwarded to any web address (URL) you specify.

Domain Parking
If you do not require web forwarding or a web site at this time you can park your domain name on our server until such time as you are ready to make use of it. By default, all visitors to your domain(s) will be shown our 'Domain Holding' page. This page states that the domain visited has been registered by one of our clients. The other features, including email, are still available whilst your domain is parked on our server.

Control Panel
All aspects of your account can be managed instantly via our easy to use online control panel. You will be able to configure email options and set-up other features on your domain at any time, day or night.

Email Technical Support
Email technical support is available should you run into difficulty configuring your account. In order to maintain our low prices for domain name registration and web hosting solutions, we are unable to offer telephone support.

5GB Monthly Data Transfer (Bandwidth)
Each time a domain on your account is accessed or email is sent to a domain on your account data is transferred across the Internet. Domain Forwarding / Parking accounts are subject to a limit of 3GB of data transfer per month (web hosting accounts have a 5GB limit). This limit should be more than enough for normal use. The amount of data transfer on your account can be monitored via an online control panel.

Free Transfer To Another ISP
Should you wish to transfer your domain to another ISP or web hosting company at any time, you will be able to do so without any further charges being payable to us.

Please note that if you opt to transfer your domain(s) to another ISP or web hosting company you will not be able to use any of the FREE services normally associated with our domain name registration service
